Deer Processing

DEER HUNTERS: We will be accepting Deer on October 1, 2026 in the back of the building.

Deer can be  hung up at our 24/7 drop off cooler for a $25.00 fee. 

We will also accept deboned: Goose, Duck and Pheasant to process into sticks or brats beginning October 1, 2026

We ALWAYS keep your deer meat separate.  The deer meat you bring in..... is the meat you get back.

We offer a full range of custom processed items. Fresh Sausage, Brats, Smoked Sausage, Smoked Beef Sticks, and Bulk Monster Burgers.   (See below for downloadable pricing menu)

10 lb. batches required for each type of Smokehouse or Brat flavor ordered. 

Un-inspected product: Headons & Sons Inc is not responsible for an un-inspected product. 

Storage fee: A $20.00 storage fee will be added to the bill if product is not picked up within 2 weeks of being notified of completion. If product is not picked up within 30 days then it will be donated to a charitable organization and you will still be liable for payment.

Closed: We are closed on Sunday and Monday for pickup.

Notification: When your order is ready, you will be notified via email or phone call with details of the  total and pickup date/time.  Deer Department call hours are Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Unavailable: If a product is unavailable, you will receive a phone call or email. 

Weight: We will do our best to get the exact weight requested. However, based upon the product the weight can vary. 

Paid in full: All orders shall be paid for in full upon pickup.
